Art Deco French Porcelain Box

About the Item

Zoomorphic enameled porcelain polychrome box represents a fennec fox. Manufactured by Théodore Haviland Porcelain, model was created in 1921 by great Swiss sculptor Édouard-Marcel Sandoz (1888-1971). Signed E.M. SANDOZ sc, stamps Theodore Haviland Limoges, France Copyright, monograms of the sculptor and the editor on the reverse.
