Three Aage and Kasper Würtz Vases

About the Item

Wed to the tradition of hand-thrown and hand-glazed ceramics, father and son Aage and Kasper Würtz create stoneware crockery and vessels that offer a warm, moody alternative to the starkness of much modernist pottery. Their designs are immensely popular among contemporary upscale Scandinavian restaurants and are a beautiful return to the form of traditional Nordic studio ceramics. Made in: Denmark, 2018 Material: glazed stoneware Size: 7.75 dia × 6.5 h in Description: Incised signature to underside of each example: [Würtz].
