Roland Brice (1911-1989) ceramic dish, and 8 plates, Biot, 1950 Decor painted by Roland Brice, signed and located: "R. BRICE BIOT A.M." Former student of Fernand Léger, Roland Brice became from 1949 his official ceramist. He made many pieces for the painter. Until the end of the 1960s, he worked in his workshop in Biot (Alpes-Maritimes) on his own creations, largely inspired by the motifs of Fernand Léger.
