Handcrafted in Italy from the finest porcelain, this coffee cup and saucer from the Berry Collection has a warm, berry-like enamel decoration painted in dots, drips and strokes that give it a fresh and dynamic appearance.

First introduced at Milan Design Week 2018, the Piazza del Popolo Collection is named after a Roman landmark, at the heart of Roman everyday life, and inspired by traditional, simple Italian artisanal pottery yet decorated in a personal and elegant key.
Each Coralla Maiuri product is entirely hand decorated. Each is a work of art. While ensuring consistency, they are never identical. Slight variations of decor and color from one to another are not only normal, but to be expected as a sign of their uniqueness.

"The small plate that everyone takes in hand, around the world, several times a day; which contains food that we eat or offer; that we have washed, dried and stored for centuries and millennia, follows us as faithfully as the sun’s sphere. In my work, atavistic memories of a rural past intersect with beauty to create something unique, like a diamond shimmering on the naked ground." Coralla Maiuri lends her sensitivity to the creation of ceramics and porcelains that seem dreamy and familiar at the same time. It is as if plates bowls cups vases sculptures and jars were small universes. Experimentation of materials and decorations never stops in a swirl of creativity. Each object is entirely hand-decorated in Italy from the finest porcelain.
