This superb quality set is Comprising a coffee pot, teapot, milk jug and a twin handled sugar bowl. Each of compressed circular form with quarter-fluted base and a flat-chased acanthus band. Each with an everted beaded rim. The pots (1883) with a curved spout opposite a reeded strap handle with acanthus junctions and insulators. The lid surmounted by fluted knop finials with a rocaille calyx, additionally decorated with a band of guilloche. Each engraved with aFamily Crest . Milk jug and sugar bowl with gilt interior. Each piece has a pear shaped form onto a circular spreading foot. The pieces of this Victorian tea and coffee set are embellished with embossed panels in a swirl design, accented with bright cut engraved segmented quatrefoil leaf motifs on a textured background.
