An amazing set of large table lamps model "4180" by Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen, Denmark. These lamps were handmade in Holm-Sørensens own studio in the 1960s in very low numbers. The lamp bases are constructed from polished brass rods that are intertwined and attached to a square base. They have been equipped with new shades in flax linen. Dane Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen (1913-2004) had a creative streak beyond the ordinary. Cool and beautiful floor lamp handmade by Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen in his own workshop in the 1960s. The brilliant design allows you to adjust the height simply by moving the brass rod up and down along the oakwood part of the base. The lamp is very nicely patinated and comes with a brand new shade in light flax linen. This lamp was only produced in the 1960s in very limited numbers and is therefore a rare find.
