    An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver mustard pot made by Edward & John Barnard; an addition to our silver cruets/condiments collection. This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver mustard pot has a plain cylindrical form. The body of the mustard pot is embellished with pierced interlacing scrolling leaf designs. The upper and lower rim of this sterling mustard pot is ornamented with an applied bead decorated border. This fine mustard pot retains the original hallmarked hinged domed cover surmounted with an impressive interlacing tri-lobed thumbpiece. This antique piece is fitted with an opposing scroll handle ornamented with a plain scrolling thumbpiece. The mustard pot retains the original removable blue glass liner. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the body and part hallmarks to the interior of cover are all very clear; the maker's mark to the interior of the cover have wear in keeping with age.     An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver mustard pot made by Edward & John Barnard; an addition to our Victorian silver condiments collection. This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver mustard pot has a plain circular form. The body of the mustard pot is encompassed with an exceptional and impressive band of bright cut engraved interlacing decoration accented with a simplified leaf motif. The decoration to the body incorporates a contemporary bright cut engraved crest depicting an eagle rousant, with wings addorsed and inverted, collared and chained, with an unidentified charge. The upper and lower rims of this fine example of Victorian silverware are ornamented with an impressive applied bead decorated border. This mustard pot is fitted with a domed hinged hallmarked cover encircled with an exceptional interlacing eight-pointed star motif with a central floral design. The cover is surmounted with an impressive sterling silver applied leaf thumb piece. This exceptional example of antique silverware has a plain shaped handle with a scrolling thumb piece. The mustard pot retains the original removable blue glass liner accented with a star cut motif to the underside.     This is a large gorgeous antique Victorian sterling silver punch bowl bearing the makers mark of the renowned silversmith Walter Barnard with hallmarks forLondon 1892 and retailed by Gibson & Co, Belfast. This exquisite punch bowl is also ideal as a champagne cooler and it has beautiful and incredibly detailed embossed half fluted decoration and is raised on a pedestal foot. It bears a fabulous heraldic crest for the Sharman-Crawford family with the latin motto "Durum Patientia Frango" which translates to "By patience I break what is hard" The SHARMAN-CRAWFORD combined Coat of Arms Born at Moira Castle, at the age of 25 on 5 December 1805, as William SHARMAN, he married at Bangor, Mabel Fridiswid CRAWFORD and had with her eleven children. They lived together at Crawford House, Crawford's Burn, Co. Down, Northern Ireland. Just before his death in 1827, William's brother-in-law Arthur Crawford in a pact with his father, agreed to break the entail on the estate in favour of his sister Mabel Fridiswid CRAWFORD, and William SHARMAN was authorised, by Royal Licence to assume the surname of CRAWFORD in addition to, and after SHARMAN, and to bear the arms of Crawford quarterly with those of Sharman, thus beginning the SHARMAN-CRAWFORD line. This is truly a special item and it will attract the maximum amount of attention, the quality and craftsmanship are undeniable.
