Modular mirror designed and produced by Talbot & Yoon.
The segment mirror was adapted from geometric studies produced during the development of the connection brackets between the arches of our vault light.
The initial ‘serious’ study project was abandoned when we discovered that it was actually a simple and systematic way to produce blobby looking profiles using a limited set of standard shapes!
The blob shown is made of two unique circle segments and one triangle. Many variations are possible but in all versions the circle segments form a three dimensional angled frame around triangles that lay flat against the wall.
