Two Beautiful "Matl-Salas" Sterling Pendants Depicting Horses Midcentury Mexico

About the Item

Two beautiful pendants handcrafted in 925 sterling at Matilde Poulat and Ricardo Salas´s silversmith workshop probably during the 1950s, hallmarked "Matl-Salas Mexico 925". They depict each a detailed sculptured head of a horse surrounded by hand made silver spirals. Each displayed with a leather cord with a silver broach (not original).
