Antique Khotan Rug, Terracotta Field, Gray Borders

About the Item

The visibly abrashed rust terracotta field features a large stepped straw octagon medallion and two flanking similar lesser motives, with a back scatter of rosettes, flowers and four corner devices sprouting 12 buds each. Fan palmette and Meander border on abrashed brown.
