About the Item

Gorgeous and one of a kind pair of Art Deco style aviator club chair in Classic look with steel and cognac leather. Very comfortable to sit in, very men's club/lounge meets Streamline Modern. The Aviator Wood and Leather Chair draws its inspiration from vintage models that were brought to the fashion of the day in the 1950s by American designers. They used aviation equipment from World War II. They first took over a vintage furniture must-have, the club chair French furniture that appeared in the early 20th century. But it was in the early 1900s that it was born in France and it was a great success. It is a particularly comfortable chair that is wide and deep, with a high quality leather covering, which gives the chair all its authenticity. The club chair is easily recognisably with its wide armrests, deep seat, and round shape. LEATHER AND STEEL CLUB CHAIRS Before being called a club chair, the Armchair was long referred to as the "comfort chair" due to its difference from the other styles of armchairs of the time. Made with a timeless and comfortable leather upholstery, these armchairs seduce even more with its solidity and highly aesthetic curves. An icon of antique furniture, the armchair's leather and wooden construction offers a beautiful harmony of Material, giving this furniture a very luxurious and sophisticated look.
