Art Deco Jean Pascaud Gondola Dining Chairs, France, circa 1933.
Set of six gondola chairs in black lacquered wood. Deep seated sloping back towards the rear, seat cushion covered in black fabric. Also available a dining table and a dessert commode.
References: similar chairs sold by Tajan, the 17th of March, 2009, Lot 67
Condition - good with wear of time, some scuffs and fading to the lacquer, minor stability to 1-2 chairs.
