About the Item
Aparador Mid Century en madera laminada de teca original de la firma inglesa Meredew Furniture Ltd. El diseño se construye simétrico con un armario a cada lateral y un bloque central de cuatro cajoneras. El armario de la izquierda se divide con una balda central, mientras que el armario de la izquierda descubre un original mueble-bar compartimentado en dos espacios que multiplican sus posibilidades de almacenaje. De sus cuatro cajones, el superior es un cubertero de tres compartimentos forrado en tejido Alcántara color mostaza.
Destaca en su diseño la combinación de los tonos de la madera que enmarca los diferentes registros del mueble. En cuanto a otros detalles de su diseño, caben mencionar también los sencillos y modernos tiradores embutidos en puertas y cajones y el original detalle esférico en el pie de las patas cónicas que soportan el mueble.
Se encuentra en buen estado tras haber sido restaurado y terminado con dos capas de aceite-cera Osmos. Presenta ligeras cicatrices acordes a su uso y antigüedad como se puede apreciar en las fotografías.
