A THANGKA OF WHITE TARA First half of 20th century. Opaque pigments and gold on cloth. Image: 9 1/2" x 7 3/4" in. (24.1 x 19.7 cm) Frame: 18 3/4" x 14 3/4" in. (47.6 x 37.5 cm) No glazing. With her right hand in the mudra of generosity and the left hand holding a stem of a white lotus before her heart, this white form of Tara bestows longevity on the practitioner.
