1920'S Gold Lamé Bead Embellished Jacket UK 10 US 6

About the Item

Full of opulent original details, this beautiful 1920's embellished jacket on a swirling gold lamé base is just the piece to add a touch of elegance to your wardrobe. The open neckline is set off by an edged to edge cut, fully embellished with a border of soft mauve glass bugle beads and black bugle beads. The simple shoulder line is framed by full length sleeves with elegant beaded details leading up from the cuff in an abstract swirling design made up of rocaille and bugle beads in a palette of green, black, white and silver. This eye catching beadwork is continued along the edges of the jacket leading up the front to waist height and in a central panel from the hem to the nape on the back. Her simple and elegant cut, completes this incredible jacket and all of its timeless details. This jacket is not lined. General tarnishing to the gold lamé base particularly along the shoulders. Two mends one to the nape and one to the right hand side just below the shoulder seam. Light and natural loss to the beadwork. These minor issues are not overly noticeable when the jacket is being worn and only apparent on closer inspection.
