About

Breathtaking 1920's French metallic-gold threaded sapphire-blue velvet evening cape-coat. Evening capes from the art-deco era remain a perennial favorite, perhaps because no other period combined such opulence with youthful sass. The casual, free-size cut of the cape embodies the flapper's "party till dawn" attitude. The sensual silk-velvet, sparkling metallic embroidery and over-sized gold tassel all whisper "wealth and status." It closes with a hidden hook and the cut will adapt to pretty much any frame. An extremely rare and hard-to-find garment!
