1920s Spanish Floss Lace Silk Shawl

About

Showstopping, highly collectible 1920s Spanish Floss shawl is a masterpiece and really a work of art. Completely embroidered with silk embroidery threading on a fine black silk netting base, the entire surface is an explosion of color as a riotous filed of flowers cover every inch of this beautiful piece. Marvel at the close up shots and yet it is still 100% more in person! The colors are bright and true, there are no flaws or holes. This was lovingly stored properly and looks new almost 100 years later. It is edged all the way around with a 14 inch hand knotted silk fringe border. The fringe is in excellent condition. Museum quality and very rare.

Measures 52 x 52" square plus a 14" silk cord fringe all around

Impeccable condition. It should be dry cleaned using standard or specialty dry cleaning methods when cleaned in the future.
