Final Home Trenchcoat - 90s

About the Item

Final Home Trenchcoat is a raincoat by Japanese designer Kosuke Tsumura. Final Home was born in the 1990s and already indicates from its name the idea behind the design: to provide an ultra-practical garment that can at the same time transform into a shelter in case of natural disasters. The trench coat is waterproof and ultra-lightweight to carry around, but the ingenuity is revealed in the multi-zips that not only distinctly connote the brand's design, but also serve a very specific function. in fact inside the zippers it is possible to insert either padded 'pads' that transform the seasonality of the garment: from waterproof for mid-season to down for mid-winter. Zippers can transform the fit of the garment or more simply allow parts of it to be exported to make it adaptable to weather conditions.
