A dramatic evening ensemble, this Jean Patou two-piece is made up of a full-length cape and maxi skirt in matching black velvet. The cape features a collar and a single hook and eye fastening at the neck, allowing a glimpse of the outfit beneath. The skirt is fitted at the waist and flares out into a fuller silhouette with a matching velvet belt that can be tied on the waistband. Black braiding trims the collar and armholes on the cape and pockets on the hip of the skirt adding a contrasting texture to the ensemble.
