Named after the notorious Miuccia Prada herself, Miu Miu is a women’s luxury brand that sets trends and presents fashion in a more contemporary and youthful way. The 2016 Spring collection offered insight into Prada’s eclectic approach to fashion with an array of looks that ranged from black and white silk prints to sheer negligees and tutus paired with crystal heeled python boots and satin ballet flats.
As seen as look #30 on that season’s runway, this gorgeous coat is a fine example of Miu Miu’s irreverent take on fashion. Done in black organza, this sheer evening coat is sophisticated and eye-catching. The central front placket is trimmed in black lace and the front of the coat features incredible two lengths of art-deco style sequin appliques in shades of light blue, white, and black that shimmer and catch the light.
