1970s Angel Sleeve Poppy Print Cotton Maxi Dress

This is such a great print and the condition of this 1970s original angel sleeve dress is pristine. Made from a lightweight gauze cotton, the dress has a painterly multi-coloured floral arrangement featuring an array of wild meadow flowers including the most eye catching poppies. The bodice has a deep cross over v neck and wide waistband with ties that can either be pulled around to the back or wrapped back around to the front to cinch the waist. The sleeves are a wide trumpet or angle sleeve style with a deep ruffle hem. The dress is fully lined in a quality cream acetate and fastens to the back with the original centre zip. A well made American dress, only the washing label remains. Will fit up to a size UK 6 or US 2 and would make a fantastic festival, summer party or alternative wedding dress.
