About

Brilliant haute couturiere to the world's most celebrated women, Vicky Tiel's voyage to the pinnacle of international fashion reads like a modern-day odyssey. At a young age, Vicky moved to Paris and took the industry by storm. Parading her minis as part of designer Louis Feraud's fashion shows, she catapulted to the front pages and was immediately signed to create the costumes for Woody Allen's hit comedy "What's New Pussycat". Vicky Tiel is well known for her exquisite, form fitting designs, sensual drapings and assiduous attention to detail. This seductive black heavily-ruched silk cocktail is a beautiful example of her talent. The bodice has a low-cut sweetheart plunge fully-boned construction. I love the nipped fitted-waist side peplum-swag design. As Vicky Tiel said, "I have dressed many women over the years and know that the right dress can be magic, giving women the power to express who they are...and who they want to be."
