Our obsession with Norma Kamali continues with this fabulous vintage 1980's oversized black velvet cozy style evening dress! Norma Kamali was designing athleisure styles before there was a name for them! This outfit has that modified sweatshirt style feeling and is so comfortable! This dress can be worn at home while entertaining friends or accessorized to be worn for an evening out. The style is very loose and free of any structure. The shoulders are very broad with the use of shoulder pads. The rolled cuff sleeves are a bat wing style, which makes the entire body of this dress one size. The sides of the dress, just before the taper near the hem begins, have a slightly pointed edge.The hem of this dress is slightly tapered and has metal snaps along the sides. The metal snaps have a black enamel detail in the center. There is a teardrop opening in the back of the collar with a hook and eye closure. This is a midi length dress and it is labeled a size L,
