About the Item
This dress is a gorgeous combination of black lace and pastel lace flowers incorporated into the design of more black lace. The hip length bodice is made from the pastel floral lace with a deep V shaped center front which has bands of pink and green ribbon above a solid black lace panel sewn to the attached black silk slip. The skirt is made from alternating bands of the two laces and it is longer in back. There are two panels at the back of the dress attached to the neckline which have a floral lace center, surrounded on three sides by the black lace.
The floral lace has pink, blue and orange bloosoms with green leaves. This is a stunning dress in the classic 1930's style which is the perfect backdrop for the intricate lacework.
