1959 Hall Ludlow Black Evening Gown Worn By Naomi Watts as Babe Paley in Capote vs. The Swans Dramatic Series. An amazing couture 1959 documented Hall Ludlow for House of Karel black evening gown in a wrap style with Empire waist cinched with a bow and embellished with hundreds of organza petals at bodice and hem. Bodice is strapless and very structured with boning and seaming to provide the utmost support and ease. Impeccable! Hall Ludlow dressed Jackie O on occasion and was the first Australian Couturier. Back zipper. Size 4-6.
Can be seen the dramatic series Capote Vs. The Swans. Hand-picked by award-winning costume designer Lou Eyrich.
