Prepare to be bedazzled! This 1960's Kent Originals evening dress in a crisp white dupioni fabric is a classic 1960's empire waist silhouette with a couple of eye catching features. First and foremost is the dazzling embellished empire waist with crystal rhinestones and beading intricately placed to create a graphic design in red, baby blue, hot pink, purple and gold with faux pearls thrown in for good measure. And if that isn't eyeful enough, a quick turn reveals a youthful keyhole back. The dress hooks at the neck with hooks and zipper below the waist. The fabric has backing to create extra stiffness and volume. The combination of the colorful red and gold enhanced beading offset by the bright white fabric makes this design a perfect look for holiday soirees. CONDITION The beading is in excellent condition though the fabric shows yellowing under the arms and around the neck. A professional cleaning improved the appearance though some discoloration is still visible as shown in photographs 6, 7 and 8. In spite of the issues, the dress is still a stunner. SIZING & MEASUREMENTS Marked a U.S. 12 though the dress best fits a size 6 with attention to the following measurements.
