This is an absolutely stunning vintage dress from William Travilla from the 1980's! We are fortunate to have had another one of these dresses that we sold a while back, that doesn't happen very often! This incredible strapless purple velvet dress has a sweetheart bust line and detached sleeve. It's hard to show on the mannequin, because the arms are so smal, but on a person, the sleeves form a point at the top near the shoulders. The dress has a back slit and is such a great piece to add to anyone's wardrobe! We estimate it to be a modern day size 8.
