Amazing 1990s JAMES PURCELL black silk cut-out velvet with red tartan plaid silk taffeta underlay. Features a tailored bodice with hidden zipper up the back and hook-and-eye closure. Couture quality one would expect from this designer.
Fun fact about Purcell: his line only lasted one decade, and only ended for financial reasons. He would not compromise when it came to manufacturing. Most everything was done by hand, and only the finest fabrics were used.

Marked Size US 12, but could also work for a Size 10 with minor alterations
