A fabulous dress from Betty Carol in light weight black wool and silk taffeta. It has a V neckline front and back with fabulous princess seaming creating a fitted silhouette through to the lower waist. It then flares into a rounded skirt covered in silk taffeta vertical 'fins' around it's circumference. It has a painted metal back zipper and is lined in black silk'.
