Madame Gres Black & Grey Silk Jersey Dress w/Pleated Draped Bodice ca.1970's
About the Item
A circa 1970's Madame Gres knee-length one shoulder dress in shades of black and slate grey silk jersey. The bodice is constructed from a layer of black pleated and draped silk jersey and the dress is lined at the interior with silk. Hidden zipper closure at the left side seam. The dress is in very good condition with a tiny spot a half shade darker than the dress at the bottom front and there is an imperceptible repair at the back. I'm also guessing there was a an alteration at the location of the zipper and armhole due to the color of the stitching but this is just a guess. There is no size tag but my guess is the dress would fit a size 6 - please consult measurements.
