Our one of a kind, zero waste, up-cycled jackets are made from vintage, natural fibers, military clothing and french workwear from the period 1940-1970. The re-purposed jacket are embellished and highlighted with details of intricate precious designer tweeds, rhinestones, antique buttons, fringes and braids adding a value of inimitable collectible bourgeoisie luxury. We use dead stock Italian Silks, French Tweeds, and vintage designer fabrics such as Valentino or Chanel, creating an hybrid of easy-luxe and bourgeoisie jet-set look. Exceptional and rare Yohji Yamamoto Tweed Jacket from one of his earliest collections presented in Paris in the early 1980's. Cut as an oversized mens jacket but detailed through a Japanese lens. Extended shoulders cut wide with no pads taper to the hip. The lapels are cut to protrude and jut forward at double breasted closure. The double vented back is cut higher and tapers down in the front. Exaggerated thick herringbone tweed textile is also subtly subversive. Jacket can be worn by men as well and looks amazing.
