About

Chessa Davis was famous for her peasant skirts in Beverly Hills during the 70's. Her skirts were pieced together out of fabrics that were quilted from odds and ends. These comfortable and adjustable skirts were collector items for the rich and famous of LA. Princess Grace, Dinah Shore and Mary Tyler More were all fans of her romantic, feminine and flattering designs.

Patchworks of cotton and gauze are paneled in an intricate quilt-like manner. Featuring floral, solid and gingham patterns in a vibrant color combination, this skirt was the original festival wear of it's time. Tassels, with her signature carved clay medallions adorn the front of the skirt. Separate sash and unique hemline.

Fits a US Size 6-10 with adjustable elastic waistband.
