About the Item
Chic 1970s CARDINALI original sample two piece virgin wool skirt suit! Comes from Marilyn Lewis', Cardinali's founder and designer, personal wardrobe. Vibrant purple and black mini checks on a soft virgin wool. Avant Garde jacket features an oversized black velvet collar, with a fitted waist band that snaps shut. Hidden zipper up the center bodice. Flattering A-Line skirt features a hidden zipper up the side with hook-and-eye closure. Couture quality, with heavy attention to detail. Most of the work was completed by hand.
Both pieces great together or as separates. In great condition.
