From the Richard (Dick) Bass personal collection acquired by him on one of his three expeditions (1982,1983,1985) through Kathmandu to climb Mount Everest to be the first man to climb the seven summits. A beautiful matching pair of 19th century Tibetan or Chinese stirrups. Great detail in the opposing dragon motif sculpted figures.
