A very good looking and well made piece, the finish is 100% original and untouched, it looks every bit of its 100-120 years. The time it must have taken to produce this piece is unfathomable, there must be hundreds of hours of cutting the inlay pieces and sculpting the inserts, the end result really is a masterpiece of craftsmanship
In terms of the condition we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there may be age and use related patina marks here and there
