Pair Chinese India Red Sandalwood Solid Zitan Carved Low Back Arm Chair
About the Item
We are proud to offer this pair of amazing Chinese solid zitan carved low back chairs. They have detail carving around their body. The back support and arm rests are lightly carved with chi' long, a form of Chinese dragon. This pair is made entirely with solid zitan, 100% genuine India red sandalwood, not veneered or look alike, and with no any other mixed wood. The center sitting area is made of knitted fine bamboo strings which offer both strong support and comfort. This pair of chair is in fine condition and extremely heavy. They require 2 average person to move around, around 60 lbs each. The value of zitan wood has been increased dramatically in the past a few years. And a genuine piece is extremely rare to come by. These chairs will make amazing impression as display in your large living room or in a high end antique shop.
