Quality antique Edwardian oak and brass coal purdonium with a brass gallery to the top and two ornate brass carrying handles to the sides, a brass knob to the front opening to reveal a compartment for coal with the original removable tin liner, a lovely carved oak panel to the front and a compartment on the back with the original shovel. D. 1900
