Japanese Shunga in a tea house. Extremely rare masterpiece in the category Shunga (erotic art) The tea house is crafted to perfection with beautiful lacquer work, Shoji screens and windows It has a Tokonoma displaying a scroll, Ikebana flower arrangement and incense. Electrically lite on a dimmer for different effects (on and off switch) has a secret draw. Signed A couple in a erotic position on fine silk Tatami. The figures are wonderfully carved of wood and gofun (oyster shell lacquer ) They are anatomically correct. The figures are 5" high.
