Large Calligraphy Brush Butterscotch Marble Archer's Rings 20.5"
About the Item
Beautiful hand made extra large Chinese calligraphy brush with stunning butterscotch colored marble archer's rings. Handle is made of 9 large stones, each 1.5" wide. Ferrule is solid maple wood, finally constructed and polished. The archer's rings, worn by the royals of the imperial court, were status symbols of wealth and power. This rare, substantial 20.5" brush with horse hair is in excellent condition, was only used as a display, never met ink or paint. It is a beautiful interior design element and fully functional as a brush to paint or create your calligraphy art.
