About the Item
Late 19th century pair of Chippendale style brass & iron andirons. Hexagonal bodies below shaped turnings, surmounted by balls with reeded tops, over spurred legs with ball & claw feet. Later 3 3/4" long extenders added to log rests which can be removed.
