Pair of Important size American brass Empire andirons with faceted ribbed finials, turned ringed centered columns, faceted ribbed plinths, flanking pierced scrolled galleries, matching finial log stops with turned brass legs, and terminating on intertwined scrolled legs with double ball feet. Philadelphia. Early 19th century. Andirons retain the original step back wrought iron dog legs.
