This Solid Bronze Victorian Neoclassical Lady's Face Has Ornate Detailing Surrounding Her Face Such As Flowing Hair And Decorative Elements Such As Grape Leaves And Grape Clusters That Cascade Down And Around Her Beautiful Sharp Facial Features . May I Say That This Door Knocker Has The Earmarks Of Victorian Neoclassical Early 20th Century Designs Which Were Known To Be Had By Affluent European Homes During The 1880s To The 1920s - 1930s Era. This Well Crafted Solid Bronze Victorian European Door Knocker Has It's Original Patina Due To Natural Oxidation To The Bronze Metal, And It Also Suggests It's From An Older Sand Casting Which Was Very Common During The Victorian Edwardian Bronze Brass Casting Methods Of It's Day. This European Antique Solid Bronze Door Knocker Has All The Markings Of Being Dated To The Late 19th Century To Early 20th Century Due To The Design, Patina And Craftsmanship.
