The letter "H" from this sign will be on the new Frasier reboot.
Built in 1977, these letters were the original sign on the building.
Everything (except the dirt) that came off the building with them is still attached.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Minor structural damages. Minor fading. The LEDs on the letters worked when the letters were pulled off the building. They are meant to be hardwired, I can't verify their functionality. The orange/ red plastic front on the letters was not salvageable.. They were broken or melted.
