Antique 18th century Spanish hand carved walnut wide panel door with a central crest representing a mitre hat surrounded by acanthus leaf scrolls. The mitre is the traditional, ceremonial headdress of bishops and certain abbots in traditional Christianity and most likely it was the door to the sacristy.
