Design – linear brass and wrapped detailing:
This 8 cm drawer pull features a cylindrical tube in gunmetal-patinated brass, wrapped at the center with a series of fine brass wires. The winding is executed manually, forming a dense and regular sequence that introduces both rhythm and tactile texture. The contrast between the dark patina of the tube and the warm aged-gold finish of the wire highlights the linear construction.
Material & Finish – gunmetal brass with aged-gold wires:
The main structure is made of brass treated with a gunmetal patina. Around the mid-section, slender brass wires are individually wound and finished in an aged-gold tone, creating a dual-metal reading that remains controlled and balanced. Light interacts differently with each surface, emphasizing depth and tonal variation.
Craftsmanship – hand-wrapped brass wire:
Every wire is positioned by hand, without industrial molding or mechanical imprinting. Slight irregularities in spacing and tone are inherent to the process and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
Installation & Use – through-mount system:
The pull is installed with a through-mount bolt, ensuring firmness on drawers, cabinet doors, and small built-in panels. A larger 15 cm version exists in the same configuration for broader façades.
