Set of Handpainted Antique Stained Glass Double Doors

About the Item

A stunning and unique set of rare antique stained glass double doors dating from the 19th century with excellent condition, beautifully handpainted idyllic landscape scenes to the glass. Brought to life in natural light, the stained and etched glass panes depict flowing waterfalls among autumn trees and nature, the artist capturing the water’s sense of movement in glass. Exquisitely detailed and vibrantly colourful, the stained glass panels are reminiscent of something out of a picture book, transforming these doors into unique works of art. Substantially constructed from solid pine, these reclaimed double doors could be used internally as room dividing doors or alternatively as external doors, making a beautiful statement in an entrance hall or conservatory. Raised and fielded panels to the front side instil each door with a smart, timeless look, suitable for any home.
