About the Item
Use this fire back to decorate a fireplace or place it behind a stove in the kitchen. Crafted in France, circa 1860, the mythological iron plaque has an arched top flanked with dolphin figures on both sides. The central composition features a scene with a crowned goddess and a cherub on a cloud looking on. The ornate fireplace essential is in excellent condition with a rich polished finish.
