19th Century Studded Hand Carved Walnut Cherubs Bellows, L Latter
About the Item
A 19th century Intricately carved Italian fire bellows decorated with winged gri ns, roaring lion head, human figure, three cherubs and coat of arms on the verso. Lined with a leather to expand the bellows to fan a fire. Studded with brass pointed and domed nailheads decorating the sides. Capped with a decorated brass flue. The bellows extended is 10.5" in width and 19" in height. Highly decorative piece, true work of art
