19th century French neoclassical fireplace fireback cast in the honor of the marriage of J.F. Merle and F. Mignot in 1875. The fireback is made of cast iron and has a natural brown patina. Upon request it can be made black / pewter. The fireback is in a good condition and does not have cracks.
