An elegant set of solid brass fireplace tools in the Maison Jansen style, featuring sculptural horse head handles. This equestrian motif design, dating to the mid-20th century, includes four tools—shovel, poker, brush, and tongs—resting on the original brass stand.
The set is in excellent vintage condition, with the brush still in its original protective plastic, suggesting it was never used. Two small support bars at the base are missing; this does not affect stability or functionality and is mentioned here for accuracy. The brass has developed a beautiful, warm patina consistent with age. Upon request, we are happy to polish the brass free of charge for those who prefer a shinier look.
